Duties are as follow:
-Provides administrative support to individuals or departments.
-Performs general clerical and general office duties involving typing, record and file maintenance, mail distribution, answering telephones, writing memos as directed. Data entry into spreadsheets and/or databases.
-Follows established procedures, methods and practices. Devotes more than 30% of time to clerical work.
-Experience working in a Medical and Dental office, must be able to pass a successful Background and Drug screening
-Processing Insurance Benefits/Dentrix Software
-Collecting Payments
-Treatment Plans for patients
-Scheduling appointments
-Closing Cases and discussing Financial Treatments and Options

Working hours: 9:00am-5:00pm

Preferred Skill Sets:
-Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook and Word.
-Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and sometimes stressful production environment.
-Naturally proactive - willing and able to see/resolve issues before they occur.
-High-energy, "can-do" attitude
-Ability to pass a Background and Drug screening
-Prefers experience in a Dental or Medical office
-Great mathematical skills sets (no exceptions), will be tested on standard Math and Verbal Testing
